If you don't know what I'm talking about, go watch the movie 'Chasing Liberty'.Not that Mandy Moore ain't any good but because once Matthew Goode starts speaking everything else becomes insignificant. The voice is velvet itself and its combination with the British accent is devastating! He's a pretty okay-looking guy and you wouldn't even consider him a hero-material if not for his accent and voice.
In fact its his voice which changes his seemingly-normal looks into something drop-dead gorgeous!
